(2) Old Photographs of Dock Workers Unloading Barrels From A Ship
Photo   Photograph   Dock   Wharf   Worker   Black   Culture   Ship   Shipping   Transportation   Victorian   History   Historic
The picture shows a view of the (2) Old Photographs of Dock Workers Unloading Barrels From A Ship in this lot. These photographs are not dated but they came from a collection of Victorian era photos from the 1800s and early 1900s. The two photos are identical except one is printed in black & white and the other is in blue.

In the photo there are a group of black men working on a pier or dock unloading wooden barrels from a ship. The location and the ships name are unknown. The photos are unmarked. Besides the men and barrels, the ship and buildings can be seen in the background. The photos each measure about 5'' x 4''. They appear to be in excellent condition as pictured.
