It is either made of copper or is copper plated. One side has a Native American Indian in a headdress. The other side has the U.S. Capitol Building. It is marked on the two sides as follows:

The souvenir coin or medal measures 2-1/4'' wide. It appears to be in near mint condition as pictured.
