| | | | The picture shows a view of this Old Unused Lou Walters Latin Quarter Advertising Souvenir Photograph Match Book. The year that this match pack was made is unknown but it is believed to be from the 1940s. The match pack is a plain white wide pack with matches. Over it is a photograph cover. The cover was created by first photographing customers and developing them while the customer was still there. They were then most likely sold to those customers as a souvenir. In this case a man and woman are pictured. The other sides has a logo with a risque woman. It is marked as follows: ''SO THIS IS GAY PAREE
COME ALONG WITH ME
WE'RE STEPPING OUT
TO SEE THE LATIN QUARTER'' LOU WALTERS
LATIN QUARTER Closed the match cover measures 2'' x 2-1/8''. It is in good unused condition. The staple has rusting as pictured. |
