The picture shows two views of this Old S & H Green Stamps / Top TV Value Premium Stamps Advertising Moistening Porcelain Roller. This would be used to moisten your premium stamps so you wouldnÕt have to lick them all. It would serve well for postage stamps as well. On the long ends there are three images of the stamps imprinted on the porcelain. On the shorter ends there is one on each. There is also gold painted lines and scroll work all around. On the bottom there is applied green felt, the number #E-2161, and a gold and red foil sticker that reads "ENESCO Imports Japan". It measures 4-1/2" x 2" x 2-3/4". It is in very good condition except for a hairline crack. The crack can be seen in the scan on the left side of the bottom image. It extends down the side. It is not dated.
