It is not dated but it is believed to be old. It is made of red hard plastic wih painted features, clothing, and accessories. On the base there is a decal on the front and a marking on the back. It is marked on the two sides as follows:

The figurine measures 7-3/4'' tall. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured.
