The picture shows a view of the cover of this 1943 United States Naval Air Technical Training Center Graduation Exercises Program. This program is for the following April 24th, 1943 class graduations:

Class M14 AMM Course
Class R7 & R9 ARM Course

The booklet has program details, schedule, (7) pages of graduate names, ''America The Beautiful'' and ''Anchors Aweigh'' (Victory verse) lyrics. There is a page in the back for autographs (no signatures). There are small images of airman wings, crossed anchors, a cartoon Sailor, and an airplane. The program measures 5-1/4'' x 8''. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured with some light soiling from handling and a vertical center fold (not hard creased).
