CARTOON CHARACTERS © 1949, 1950 & 1961 ROBERT E. (BOB) CLAMPETT Now for the Cecil plush doll. The doll was well loved by a child and it has over all wear. There is a pair of moving eyes that were found loose in the box that could easily be glued back on. His felt tongue and fins are mostly there and could use some TLC. His cone shaped nose nostrils are missing. He still has his original cloth tag with the Mattel logo and it reads as follows: MATTEL, INC. TOYMAKERS
