The back also mentions premium U.S. President figures:

The "Presidents in Miniature" and the "Presidents' Reviewing Stand" have been made available by Star Markets and may be obtained only at Star Markets.

The booklet measures 8-1/8" x 5-1/4". It is in mint condition.
