This note was made by The American Bank Note Company of New York and was issued in Habana or Havana, Cuba on February 15th, 1897. The front has a crown and two crests and the back has a horse team with a wagon and people. The note measures about 3-3/8'' x 1-5/8''. We are not coin or currency graders, but it appears to be in fair used condition with wear and folds from use as pictured.
