The pictures show views of all (6) 1909 - 1910 U.S. Postal Service Paper Items in this lot. The first item is a 1910 complaint letter from A.M. TRAVERS, the 1910 ACTING THIRD ASSISTANT POSTMASTER GENERAL to a Postmaster. The second item is a 1909 form 3227 U.S. POSTAL CARD SUBAGENCY , TROY, New York. The other four paper items are dated 1909 and 1910. They are old receipts for postage stamps. To judge the sizes the Letter measures 8" x 10-1/2". They are in near mint to mint condition.
