This (48) page booklet was compiled and organized by the staff of The American Boy Magazine. It is filled with illustrations and instructions on swimming and diving. Kelloggs PEP and Corn Flakes cereals are advertised on the inside covers and the back pictures and advertises the following Kelloggs products:

Wheat Krumbles

The booklet measures 4-1/4" x 6-5/8". It is in very good condition with some soiling on the cover and light page bends on the upper right corners.
