| | | | The picture shows a front and back view of this Old Unopened Package of Whitman State Seal, Flag, Bird, & Flower Stamps. All four complete sets are included in this package. The package is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1960s. The perforated stamps were made for postage stamp albums, school work, decorative or other purposes. The package shows some examples of the stamps that are inside. This was one of four sets of stamps that were made by Whitman at the time (see back side image). The package measures 7-1/2'' x 11-3/8''. The backing card has some water spotting on the back as pictured, but the unused stamps are sealed in an envelope in an unopened plastic bag. |
