The picture below shows a larger view of all (4) Old Superman Character Newspaper and Comic Book Advertisements in this lot. The center ad pictured is from 1946 and the others are believed to be from the 1950s or 1960s.

The center advertisement is for ''THE ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN'' radio program and it appeared in the Rochester Observer newspaper on July 11, 1946. It pictures Superman and Lois Lane and reads as follows:

LISTEN AT A NEW TIME!
THE ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN
EXCITING ACTION AND MYSTERY WITH ''THE MAN OF TOMORROW'' ......
5:30 P.M.
SPONSORED BY THE MAKERS OF
KELLOGG'S PEP CEREAL
YANKEE NETWORK IN NEW ENGLAND

The bottom center ad is for The Supermen of America club. It has an order form and a ''Superman's Secret Message''. For only 10c you would be enrolled as a Member of the club and receive a Membership certificate, Emblem, and the Superman Code.

Next there are (2) slightly different Palisades Amusement Park comic book advertisements. They each picture Superman holding the Amusement park roller coaster and other rides in his hand. They advertises Circus Acts, Batman Slide, and Carousel. The two ads are colored differently.

All of these for one price! To judge the sizes the ad on the right measures 6-5/8'' x 5-1/8''. They appear to be in near mint condition as pictured.
