The pictures show a view of all (4) Colorful 1895 Boston Sunday Globe Newspaper Premium Forbes Paper Dolls With Clothes in this lot. Two of these dolls are dated 1895 and the other two are believed to be from the same year. These were found together in a collection that was purchased.

The first doll has a slip or dress underneath and includes a dress and blouse. Sections under her blouse and on her easel back have instructions. At the bottom it is marked as follows:

PATENT APPLIED FOR.

The second doll has a slip or dress underneath and includes a dress and blouse. Sections under her blouse and on her easel back have instructions. At the bottom it is marked as follows:

PATENTED JULY 30, 1895.
GIVEN WITH THE BOSTON SUNDAY GLOBE
AUGUST 18, 1895

The third doll has a slip or dress and includes a blouse. Sections under her blouse and on her easel back have instructions. At the bottom it is marked as follows:

PATENT APPLIED FOR.

The fourth doll has a slip or dress underneath and includes a dress and blouse. Sections under her blouse and on her easel back have instructions. At the bottom it is marked as follows:

To judge the sizes the tallest one (#2) measures 8-1/2'' tall. These appear to be in excellent or better condition as pictured.
