These are on colored Dennison tags and most of them have their original strings still attached. All of these passes were found taped inside a scrap book type photo album. They are from 1947, 1948, and 1949. Each of these have a stamped date. They are as follows: August 3, 1947

Bear Brook State Park
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Bear Brook State Park is a 10,000 acre preserve located in Allenstown, New Hampshire and surrounding towns. It is one of New Hampshire's largest state parks. Amenities at Bear Brook include camp sites, a picnic area, hiking trails, swimming and fishing ponds, archery range, camp store, ball field, playground, bathhouse, shelters, picnic tables, canoe and row boat rentals, physical fitness course, Camping Museum, 4-H Nature Center, Snowmobile Museum and the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) Museum. The park takes its name from Bear Brook, a stream which runs through the park. Its environment is that of the Northeastern coastal forests ecoregion. In 1935 Bear Brook was selected for development as a recreational demonstration area. At that time nearly 25% of the States population lived within a 15 mile radius. Bear Brook State Park started with 6,849 acres and has grown into the States largest State Park with about 10,000 acres. |
