| | | | The picture shows a view of some sample cards from these (10) Old Unused Sunshine Shredded Wheat Cereal Box Premium Insert Card Games. Each game is made up of (5) cards each. These cards are not dated but are believed to be from the 1950s. They were used as prizes in Sunshine Shredded Wheat cereal. There are two complete games here and one is a marble target game. The instructions for each of the two games read as follows: SUNSHINE MAZE GAME:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLAYING GAME
Two or more persons. Arrange panels to form rectangle. Player uses Baker for marker starting at any arrow. Put square chips in box or cup, draw one, move baker forward or backward on dots as indicated on chip. First person to reach center is winner. TARGET PRACTICE GAME:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLAYING GAME
Two to four players. Each person in turn given 9 marbles. Rolling one marble at a time, at a distance of 6 feet, player tries to hit animals off balance or card. Should hit number one animals first, number two animals second, and so on. Player hitting all animals off balance or card in correct order is winner. Each card measures about 7-3/8'' x 4''. The cards are all unused and appear to be in near mint to mint as made condition as pictured. The cards have an old musty smell but this could be easily removed. |
