The picture shows two views of this Old Martin Luther King Flicker Gum Ball Machine Premium Toy Ring. Shown is both views of the applied flicker section. These toy rings were found in 1960s gumball machines.It is believed to have been made by Vari-Vue. The ring base is chrome painted plastic. One view is of Dr, Martin Luther King and the other view is marked as follows:

To judge the size the ring measures about 3/4'' tall. It appears to be in mint unused condition as pictured.
