| | | | The pictures below show larger front and back views of this 1941 Ayer Mills Weaving Department Employee Identification Pass Card. This card is from The Ayer Mills of Lawrence, Massachusetts. Like many American companies, the mill was probably doing much work for the war effort, at the time that this card was issued. On the picture below the Social Security number is shown blackened out but the card has the old number on it. It is marked as follows: AYER MILLS

EMPLOYEE MUST SHOW THIS PASS The pink card measures about 3-5/8'' x 2-1/16''. It appears to be in excellent condition. On the back there are four paste spots with extra paper as pictured. The card was probably in a scrap book at one time. |
