The picture shows this 1960's - 1970's Gumball Machine Prize Display Card. This was used in old gum ball machines to intice children (but most likely parents) out of their pocket change. The items on the header card were supposedly what you might get from the machine. This 10 cent display has (11) items including the following:

(4) TOY RINGS
MINIATURE WORKING ABACUS MECHANICAL CHARM
(2) WORKING COMPASS
MERCEDES KEY CHAIN
AMERICAN FLAG PIN
TOY CLOCK LOCK
TOY BRACELET

To judge the sizes the display itself measures 4-3/4" x 6-3/4". It is in near mint condition. The third ring down on the left has poked a hole in the original shrink wrap.
