This pinback button is not dated, but it was from sometime between 1912 and 1959 when the United States used a (48) star flag. It could be from either World War. Also, The Whitehead & Hoag Company was in business for all those years. The celluloid pin back button has images of American, British, and French flags with a gold background. There is a paper insert in the back, with a union mark, that is marked as follows: THE WHITEHEAD & HOAG CO.
