The picture shows a view of this Old Masonic Fraternal Syroco Cigarette Ashtray With Glass Insert. The ash Tray is not dated but it is old. It is made of a molded or compressed sawdust type material. There is the Masonic emblem in the center and designs as well as mason tools around the outside. The glass insert is believed to be original and it fits well inside. There is no manufacturer marking. The ashtray measures 4-3/16'' wide by about 1'' tall. It appears to be in near mint to mint condition as pictured.
