The picture shows this 1960's Gum Ball Machine Display Header Card With Prizes. These are the cards that went in the machine to entice children to spend their change or bug their parents for theirs. You could only hope to get the item that you saw displayed. This one is sealed as made. It has a brightly colored psychedelic background and (8) plastic water squirters of different kinds and colors.
