Club Membership Pin Back Button Advertising Nostalgic

The picture shows all (4) Old Club Membership Advertising Buttons in this lot. Three of these are celluloid covered pin back buttons and one is a fold over tin tab button. The top two pictured have paper inserts in the back from the Whitehead & Hoag Company. the other pinback has a paper insert from the St. Louis Button Co.. These buttons are marked as follows:
