| | | | The picture below shows three larger views of thisOld Children’s Monkey Flicker Lenticular Metal & Plastic Novelty Toy Ring. This toy ring is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s. The maker is unknown. We have not seen this particular ring before. It could have been a gumball machine prize, a cereal prize, a store item, a Zoo or a Circus souvenir ring, we just do not know. It has a brass metal base and a clear plastic lenticular top section. There is a cartoon looking monkey character that moves, but there is not very much motion to the monkey figure. The metal base is adjustable to fit any finger. To judge the size the plastic top section measures about 5/8'' x 3/4''. It appears to be in good used condition with over all wear from use as pictured. |
