The picture shows this Old Bishop's Restaurant Kiddie Menu Placemat With Nursery Rhyme Characters More. The placemat is from Hershey, Pennsylvania. It is printed in red ink on off white paper. There are eight images of which all but one pertains to a child's meal. There are the following:

It is not dated but believed to be from the 1940's or 1950's. The placemat measures 14" x 10" and is in good condition with folds and some discolored spotting as can be seen in the scan.
