Mechanical Pencil   Advertising   Cafe   Diner   Soda Fountain   Restaurant   Concord   New Hampshire   Nostalgic
The picture shows three views of this Old Cafe Advertising Mechanical Pencil. It is not dated but believed to be from the 1930's or 1940's. The maker is "OSBORNE" as marked on the clip. The pencil is in working order but could use a cleaning. I will leave that for the buyer to do. It is made of an early cream colored plastic that may be bakelite. There is an erasure under the end cap. The advertising is in black. It is marked as follows:

COLBURN'S CAFE
EXCELLENT FOOD
FOUNTAIN SERVICE
32 NO. MAIN ST.
CONCORD, N.H.
TELEPHONE 340

It measures 5" long and is in the uncleaned condition as pictured.
