The picture shows two views of this Old Soupy Sales Gum Ball Machine Prize Toy Flicker Ring. The ring is not dated but it is from the 1960s. There were four rings to the complete set. They came in a capsule in 1960s gumball machines. These rings were most likely made by the Vari-Vue Company. One view pictures Soupy Sales and the other is marked:

The ring base is a silver painted plastic that measures 3/4'' tall. It is in mint unused condition as pictured.
