Toy   Cap Gun
The picture shows both sides of this 1800's Cast Iron Cap Gun. There is another similar one in my items right now. Please be sure to see that one too! Both were found on some property in northern New Hampshire. This one has the number "730" or "780" on one side. I don't see any other markings. I can't tell what the design is on the grips. Because I don't know much about this cap gun or who the manufacturer is you will have to be the judge by the pictures. I can say that it is made up of two welded halves and a trigger / hammer section. Apparently the spring is gone if there was one. It measures about 5-1/4" long.
