It was made by Bastian Bros. Co. of Rochester, New York. It appears to be made of brass. On the back there are three union marks. On the front there are images of a waterfall, a light bulb, and a flame. It is enameled in dark blue or black. It is marked as follows: UTILITY WORKERS UNION OF AMERICA
