The picture below shows a larger view of all (10) Old American or International Red Cross Advertising Paper Items in this lot. This is an accumulated lot with a variety of items. A few of these items are dated. The years that the others are from are unknown. All of these items have the familiar Red Cross emblem or logo. Included in this lot are the following items:

There is an old receipt card for a $2.00 contribution to the War Fund from the Eastern Area Headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. On the back “WWI” is written.

There is a January 1943 certificate card from the Baltimore, Maryland Chapter to a Mrs. Rose Hovsha for completing the Standard Course in Red Cross Home Nursing.

There is a 1926 American National Red Cross membership card. There is a full 1926 calendar on the back.

Next is a 1960 certificate card for a woman completing the Red Cross Home Nursing course for Care of The Sick and Injured. It is from the Duval County Chapter. It has personal information on both sides.

There is a 1965 certificate card for a woman qualifying as a Red Cross Beginner In Swimming having passed required tests at the New England Divers, Inc.. There is more and it has signatures on the back.

Next is a card for “Blood Service For Residents of Vermont and New Hampshire”. The card entitles the named man and his family to receive blood in the two states without charge.

The final (4) items are all unused stickers. (2) are cloth and (2) are vinyl. They read:

INSTRUCTOR FIRST AID AMERICAN RED CROSS
INSTRUCTOR FIRST AID AMERICAN RED CROSS

All of these items for one price! To judge the sizes the top right card measures about 6'' x 3-1/4''. These items appear to range all the way from poor to mint unused condition as pictured and described above.
