It was also initialed in the upper right corner. It was from the Massachusetts Highway Commission, F. I. Bieler, Secretary. It has the Massachusetts State Seal in the upper left. The back is blank. It measures 5-1/2'' x 3-1/4''. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. |
