Ayer & Company of Lowell, Massachusetts. It as many pages of the usual information in almanacs such as weather, monthly forecasts, cycles, planet alignments, zodiac signs, and much more. In between those pages is much writing and advertising on Dr. Ayer's: Cherry Pectoral, Sarsaparilla, Ague Cure, Cathartic Pills, and more. It is illustrated with many small engraving prints inside.
