1918 American National Red Cross Glens Falls, New York Chapter Booklet
Red Cross   Hospital   Nurse   Nursing   World War I   Military   Homefront   Book
The picture shows the cover and first page of this 1918 American National Red Cross Glens Falls, New York Chapter Booklet. The booklet is loaded with pictures and information on the Glens Falls, New York American National Red Cross Chapter. All the offices and items like telephones, typewriters, etc. in the pictures inside seem very primitive by today's standards. There are many, many nurses pictured. There is even a picture of a room full of children "Junior Auxiliaries" working. The booklet is from the 1918 World War I era. but contains information back to 1916 as well. It measures 8-3/8" x 5-3/4". It is in excellent condition.
