| | | | The picture shows a view of several sample cards of the (25) Old Unused Nabisco Shredded Wheat Cereal Box Picture Story Album Prize Insert Cards in this lot. Shown is the cover and two page cards. These cards are not dated but are believed to be from 1936. They were used as prizes in Nabisco Shredded Wheat cereal. There are punched holes on one side to string them together as a book. The complete set would have (36) cards including the album cover. The cards each have a Nursery Rhyme or childrens story character picture to color. The cards are not numbered. There are some duplicates included. ROBIN HOOD Each card measures about 7-3/8'' x 4''. The cards are all unused and appear to range from excellent to mint as made condition as pictured. There are a few cards that have unpunched holes. The cards have an old musty smell but this could be easily removed. |
