This is a friction car with sparking. The packaging states that there is a toy surprise inside, and it is under the tank in a prize wrapper. This is a store bought toy item licensed to use Cracker Jack's advertising, trade marks, and characters. If the package was opened, you would not know that the toy had anything to do with Cracker Jack. This is a difficult Cracker Jack toy to find. The blister pack package holds a dark green plastic tank with a Solder with binoculars. It has a cardboard backing card with Cracker Jack advertising. It is marked as follows: CRACKER JACK ® FRICTION MILITARY VEHICLE WITH SPARKING
