| | | | The pictures below show larger front and back views of this United States Postal Service Classic Car Commemorative Postage Stamp Plaque. The plaque is not dated but these classic car 25 cent stamps were issued in 1988, so we are guessing that the plaque was made around then. This licensed plaque was made by The March Company of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The plaque was made with metal pins that were created from the stamp designs. There is a metal plate on the front and a sticker on the back. The metal plate reads: UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE
