These pants are not dated but they were made with a 1970s Cracker Jack cloth. We know that at least J.C. Penney department stores sold items made with this repeated Sailor Jack & Bingo cloth in the 1970s. These appear to be a standard pair of pants with two front pockets, two back pockets (one buttons), buttons, clip, zipper, and belt loops. This well made pair of mens slacks has two cloth labels inside. They read as follows: BEERCROFT & BULL, LTD.
