Apparently you would save up your coins to buy a set of china from the company. There is no key included with the bank. There are (2 slots for nickels, (2) for dimes, (1) for quarters, and (1) for half dollars. It is made of hard plastic. The center section is clear and the top and bottom are white. The top pictures a plate, and a coffee or tea cup with a saucer plate. It is marked on the top, sides, and bottom as follows: GRACE CHINA COMPANY, INC.
