There are three pictures showing views of all (6) Early Superman Film Strips With Bakelite Viewer in this lot.

The first picture shows all six included filmstrips. The second picture shows a closer view of the title frames. The last picture shows views of all four sides of the colorful marbleized bakelite viewer included.

I do not know how many filmstrips there are in this series, but included here is series #1, #2, #3, #4, #5. & #6. These are not dated but are believed to be from the 1930's or 1940's. The patent number on the viewer found with these films is #1999133 which dates to 1934.

They may have been a premium, but I am not sure. Each filmstrip measures 16mm wide and has (16) frames. On the last frame of each they invite you to see the next filmstrip series. The maker for the films and the viewer is unknown.

If it is any help, Superman has an earlier triangle shaped logo on his chest. The films actually curl up and fit in the viewer. They were scanned flat inside a clear card holder.

They each measure 5-3/4" long and the viewer measures 2-7/8" tall. All appear to be in excellent or better condition.
