This clicker or noisemaker is not marked and the maker is unknown. It could be a mandolin or a guitar. There are six strings and what appears to be wings on the body of the instrument. The clicker measures about 1-3/4'' x 13/16'' x 3/8''. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured.
