| | | | The picture shows a front and back view of this Colorful Old Boxed Popeye Comic Character Chalk Set. The box is not dated but the set is believed to be from the 1940s or 1950s. The box pictures Popeye, Olive Oyl, Wimpy, and Baby Sweet Pea. The set is complete with six colored sticks of chalk and six white. The set was made by The American Crayon Company of Sandusky, Ohio, and New York, N.Y.. The box measures 5-7/8'' x 3-1/2'' x 1/2''. The chalk and box are in excellent condition. The chalk was slightly used. The box has the name ''Billy A'' lightly written and some writing on the arrow on the front as pictured. |
