| The first picture shows a view of all (6) Old Catholic or Christian Religious Items in this lot. The second picture shows a view of the back of the one in the rear. Only the white porcelain or plaster alter is dated, but all of these items are old. On the left there are two pictures of the Virgin Mary and a child Jesus with angels. These are two different sizes. One is framed and the other is not. Next is another picture of Jesus as a child. It is in a clear plastic easel back frame with a diamond looking design around it. The back is marked ''CVM - MADE IN ITALY - MOD. DEP.''. Next is a small wooden plaque with a picture of the Virgin Mary, Baby Jesus, and two other people. The back is marked ''MADE IN ITALY''. There is a white porcelain or plaster church alter. It has a crucifix with Jesus Christ, candles, and an alter table. The bottom has a couple different markings and it reads ''©1938''. The last item in this lot it a carved or pressed wooden hinged picture or icon. It has three panels. The center one has an image of the Virgin Mary and Baby Jesus. The other two panels have angels. It is painted in gold, red, and blue. There is a paper label on the back that is marked ''MURILLO - MADONNA AND CHILD - G.B. - FLORENCE - MADE IN ITALY''. To judge the sizes the three panel hinged picture measures 7-7/16'' tall. These items appear to be in excellent or better condition as pictured except the white alter has a 7/8'' piece chipped off the bottom left side. The chip is included and can be glued back on. |
