This is a large detailed limited edition light house restaurant building celebrating the company's 25th anniversary. It is hand numbered 22,424 of 30,000. It is ©2000. It has a nice lighthouse that has a blinking light inside with a removeable top section. There is the seafood restaurant, and a boat turned into a Sand Bar. There are many details all over the building such as hanging light fixtures, hanging fishing buoys, a wreath, garland, rope, lobster flag, railings, sand, rock, and snow. It comes with the light cord which has a special added section for the blinking light in the lighthouse. It has the tag, instruction sheet, catalog booklet, all of the original bags, all of the styrofoam padding and the 25th anniversary box. To judge the size the lighthouse tower measures about 12'' tall. The building is in mint condition. The box has some bumped areas and a 4-1/2'' tear on the hinged lid. |
