It is from the May 1st, 1933 Confectioners Journal publication. The advertising company is Brandle & Smith Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Shown is the entire ad, a closer view of the store display of candy as well as a closer view of the pie eyed Mickey Mouse. The candy box mentions twice to ''SAVE THE BANDS FOR VALUABLE PRESENTS''. The premiums that were offered are unknown. These were 5c chocolate covered candy bars. On the box and the wrappers Mickey Mouse appears seven times. The advertisement is ready for framing. It measures 8-3/4'' x 11-5/8'' and is in mint condition. |
