The doll has eyes that open and close. He is made of plastic and is fully dressed with a helmet that has an emblem, multicolored felt and vinyl jacket, felt pants, and black rubber boots. This doll was most likely purchased as a souvenir years ago when someone visited England. Including the hat it measures 7-1/4'' tall. It is in mint condition. |
