| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of all (11) Different 1969 Space Explorer or Astronaut Miniature Plastic Toy Play Set Figures in this lot. One of these are marked ''MPC'' (for Multiple Products Corporation), but others are not marked. The colorful plastic Spacemen have various tools oe weapons in their hands. These figures were all sold in stores, but the MPC figures were also used as toy prizes in specially marked 1969 boxes of Nabisco Rice Honeys and Wheat Honeys cereal. The cereal had offered two ''Space Explorers'' in each box from a crew of six playset figures in the set. All (10) spacemen pictured for one price! To judge the sizes the bottom left figure measures 2-1/8'' tall. Four of the figures in this lot are of a much smaller size. These appear to be in mint condition except the #4 figure which is missing his hands and tools as pictured. |
