The picture shows two views of this Old Personalized Check List Drink Glass With Lady & Man. The drink glass is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1950s. There is a capital letter ''F'' in a shield on the bottom that probably stands for the maker Federal Glass. One side pictures a lady in a formal dress or gown and a man in a suit and hat. The other side has a place to write a persons name and a checklist to show what they are drinking that includes a blank and:

Soda
Ginger Ale
Coke
Water
Lemon
7-Up
Milk
Blank

The drink glass measures 4-3/4''. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured.
