The picture shows a view of all (56) Old Chicago Illinois Advertising & Souvenir Items in this lot. This is a large bulk lot that has been acquired or accumulated over time from many different sources. Most of the things included here are older items. There are far too many items in this lot to describe each one individually, but some highlights of the items included here are as follows:

There are (2) 1943 items from the ''New'' Bismarck Hotel. One is an advertising brochure. It pictures interior and exterior views as well as information and a map on the back. There is also a paid receipt sheet for a two day stay in 1943. It pictures a Bellboy saluting.

There are (12) old items from the Palmer House Hilton Hotel. One is an unused postcard and the others are (11) unused address labels. Some of the labels are stuck together but they could be separated by soaking.

Next there is an old unused Science and Industry Museum of Chicago. It is also marked ''Your House of Knowledge - For Pleasant and Enjoyable Hours''.

There is a ©1951 Chicago Picture Book. It is filled with many great old pictures of Chicago and it has much information as well.

There is a colorful unused ©1936 Chicago Parks Beautiful Postcard folder. It has many colorful post card type images of the Parks of Chicago.

Next is an old unused Chicago advertising souvenir metal ashtray. It has raised images of buildings in Chicago including The John Hancock Center, The Old Water Tower, First National Bank Building, and The McCormick Place. It was made in Japan.

Next is another old unused Chicago advertising souvenir metal ashtray. It has small ceramic tiles embedded around the edge and a colorful image of The John Hancock Center in the middle. It has a paper ''Japan'' sticker on the back.

There are two pinback buttons. The white one has a clip on back section instead of a pin. It is marked ''Chicago Invites You Next''. The other one pictures a museum building and reads ''Museum of Science and Industry Chicago''.

There is a brass pin enameled in blue and white that reads ''Chicago The Windy City''.

Next is an unused souvenir keychain. It has a bird's eye view of Chicago and it reads ''Chicago - A View of The World''.

There is an unused souvenir embroidered cloth patch. It has a waterfall and a lion.

There are (3) different souvenir magnets. One is metal and it has an image of a sailing ship with a Chicago skyline. The other two are colorful and made of a rubber material. One has the word ''Chicago'' and the other pictures a Ferris Wheel ride, water tower, and a clock tower.

There is an opened Domino sugar packet. It pictures ''Chicago, Ill. - Equitable Bldg. Center''.

Next there is a small booklet with (9) color images of Chicago. There were once postcards attached to the pictures.

There are (3) small post card like color pictures. These were probably in a packet with others. The cards have the following on them:

Chicago's Civic Opera Building.
Buckingham Fountain, Grant Park.
Adler Planetarium and Terrazo Promenade.

There are (6) advertising match book covers. Five of them have matches. They include:

Avis Hotels
Edgewater Beach Hotel (pictures hotel)
Executive House (pictures hotel)
Club Evans (pictures race horse with jockey)
17 Restaurant
Hal's Drive In (pictures Santa Claus)

The other (18) items in this lot are all post cards. (5) are used and (13) are unused. Some are duplicates. They are as follows:

1948 (used) Navy Pier - Chicago
