The picture shows a view of this Old Fire Hydrant Advertising Premium Mechanical Pencil. The year this pencil was made is unknown but it is old. It is believed to be from the 1950s. It was made by ''RITEPOINT'' as marked on the clip. It is in red, white, and blue and has blue print. The advertising section is marked as follows:

The mechanical pencil measures 5-5/16'' long. It is in working order and appears to be in mint condition as pictured.
