| | | | The picture below shows a larger image of this Old General Mills Lucky Charms Leprechaun Figural Pin Wheel Cereal Prize Toy. The prize is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1960s. The cereal prize was made by Gold Premium International, of Miami, Florida. We believe that this was designed to spin on your bicycle handlebars. It could be carried or worn like a toy ring as well. This one is assembled. In the scan the paper pinwheel is lying flat to show the stars & stripes. It has a figure of the General Mills Advertising Character Lucky Leprechaun from Lucky charms cereal and it is marked as follows: PAT. PEND.
